Foundation lessons (Tuesday's throughout the summer months)

Learning and perfecting 

Our Tuesday evening foundation lessons are a low impact opportunity for beginners to learn the basics of skating, and experienced skaters to practice and polish their skills. 
Suitable for absolute beginners with no skating experience, these structured sessions will guide the skater through stance, falling safely, skating smoothly and confidently, and stopping plus more skills such as transitions as they advance. For more experienced skaters, follow along with the group to polish and hone existing skills and get rid of any bad skating habits!

Skate Fitness session (Every Thursday all year round)

Skate yourself fit 

When the Foundation Sessions are running, our Thursday evening sessions are aimed at stable and confident skaters who can skate at speed, are able to fall safely, stop quickly and are comfortable skating in close proximity to other skaters. 
This fitness focused session involves cardio, HIIT, endurance and a lot of fun. 

During the winter months and the Foundation Sessions are not running, Thursdays become more inclusive meaning that as long as you can propel yourself forward confidently and fall safely, you're welcome to join us.
